Our Team

Jeff Cox / Sr. Pastor
  Jeff and Patti Cox have been the pastors at Batesville First Assembly since June 2007 and have been in full-time ministry for over 18 years. Their passion is to help all people live the full life God has intended for them. Pastor Jeff believes God has a plan for all people and that God desires to bless people from every race, color and nation.
  Jeff & Patti have traveled, lived, and ministered to people in several countries of the world. They believe the church ought to be a place where every person can find answers to life’s real questions, hope for the hard times of life, and lasting relationships not only with other people but with a loving savior.
  Jeff and Patti have been married for 19 years. They have two sons and a daughter.

Joey Ruth / Student Ministries
  Pastor Joey came to Batesville First Assembly in January of 2009. A graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, MO, Pastor Joey brings 6 years of full time pastoral experience and 15 years of youth ministry experience.
Pastor Joey is married to Kristen and they have two children, Bryce and Cole.

Carisa Downs / Worship
  Carisa just joined the staff to lead in the area of music and worship. She grew up here at Batesville First and is truly proud to be in ministry at her home church. Carisa has been in music ministry for 6 years. In 2010, Carisa married Ryan, who is a talented musician as well.

April Carnaghi / Ministry Assistant
  The lovely voice you hear when you call the church office is our Ministry Assistant, April Carnaghi. April grew up in Batesville and has attended Batesville First Assembly most of her life. With more than 15 years of office experience, April joined the staff of BFA in 2007, and remains active in other ministries of the church.
